Laurel looked to Razeth for the first time with pride; she was proud to know that a man cared for her, a feeling she was completely unfamiliar with. "No. It wasn't you." She quickly assured him.

Arayln's vision blurred in thought as Leverett's words shattered what remained of her heart. "Stop the car." She demanded immediately. "I want to walk."
Razeth let out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. I'd never want to harm you in any way. You have become my purpose for which this place has become bearable." He said with genuine thoughtfulness.

Leverett felt a twinge of guilt about his statement, when he noted the tone of abject anger in Aralyn's voice. "You can not walk all the way back Mon Petit. We must catch a flight back to Ryker's Island. Unless you are part fish, swimming is not an option. " He replied honestly. After a second, he added, "I'm sorry for saying that, okay? "
