Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Ashton looked between the two. Both father and son trying very hard to pretend the other one wasn't merely feet apart. She sat up in her seat and leaned over to whisper with humor lighting her tone, "Yep, you definitely have daddy issues. Come on, Anuerin. Let me untie your hands so you can go over there and give your daddy dearest a great big hug. You know hugs always make things better. "

"I rather go to hell." Anuerin snarled, leaning back from his seat so that he was able to glare up at Ashton.
(Hell is a cuss word :hide )

( I have Andorra free. She in the library. She rooting around the shelves at the school.

Donella quietly made her way to the library, looking around as she entered then looking to the shelves and starting to browse them. Even when she was in her human form, she never made a lot of noise, as if she wanted to be forgotten or unheard. She started looking at the shelves she could reach easily, wondering what kinds of books they had here.

Laurel quieted in thought. She acknowledged that is was, but pain seemed to be her constant companion. She was used to it, but handled it just as well as those rarely inconvenienced by it. Only to her it wasn't an inconvenience, it was a part of the daily life she once knew.

Freed of Leverett's weight Arayln sat up, prevented by her form to stand. She sighed, realizing her secrets couldn't be kept as such forever. "My fiance." She quietly admitted, her anger for Leverett fleeing with the rememberce of the man she once loved.

Eric stopped at the door to the lab and opened it for Laurel to go through. "Good luck in there." He said softly, actually meaning it.

(Ahh, thinks of random name....)

Alastor was looking through a microscope at Laurel's last blood sample. He was impressed with the cellular reconfiguration and bonding to the introduced wolf DNA. "Impressive" He murmured as he pulled away to make a notation in her file. He looked to the door as it opened unexpectedly and waited to see if it was Laurel.

Leverett scoffed with indignation at the stupidity of her former fiance. "Oui! He was an idiot and obviously did not deserve you. Mon Petit, you are meant for greater things then he could ever contemplate." Leverett surmised aloud. He refused to see it as comforting Aralyn in anyway. No, that he would never do.

( Lol! But it's also a destination. Not high on my places to visit. ;) )

Ashton chuckled softly as she met Anuerin's gaze. "I'd offer to hug you, but you couldn't handle it. No matter how much you wanted it." She said truthfully.

Andorra was oblivious to no longer being alone. She was like a pig on a truffle hunt. Single-mindedly hunting the books for the title she was looking for.

Donella paused when she rounded the shelf and saw Andorra rifling through the books. She stood there, uncertainly debating whether to go past her or on to the next aisle, probably for too long.

As Andorra neared her prize, her victory was cut short, for there was an empty spot where it should have been. "Oh, just my luck! " She said petulantly. She crossed her arms and tapped her foot in annoyance. She glanced around before leaning towards the shelf to get a scent of whoever had the book she wanted. She paused as mid motion as she registered that she'd seen someone. She turned back in the direction she seen the figure and confirmed she was being watched. "Oh, hey! This isn't what it looks like, honest. I...was..looking at some...Dust on the shelf! Yeah, dust. " She said in a rush.

Donella tilted her head curiously at that. Who looked at dust? But she just nodded instead of questioning that. "Hi" She greeted in a soft voice before shifting her eyes to the shelves. Yep, she had been seen, so she might as well look at the books here. "I just came to see what there was to read" She added after a moment of silence.

"Hi! Um, yeah. There's lots of books here." She said, but then said softly, 'Just not the one I want.' She stepped closer and asked helpfully, "So, what's your interests? You know...as in reading material and such. Oh wait! I'm totally sorry! I'm Andorra!" She then held out her hand awkwardly in greeting.

She stood still a moment before reaching to shake the other girl's hand. "Donella" She said and released her to look shyly to the books. "I like most books." She glanced to Andorra again "What were you looking for?" She may have gotten it before.
