Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"Understandable," Zaine agreed. "I skipped my first class, actually," he admitted quietly.
Yay, she wasn't alone in skipping, though she had hidden the whole day instead of part of it. She moved the pot, glancing over to Andorra "Meat's ready" She informed, hoping the mac and cheese was too.

Haley stood on a corner, noting the buildings directly before her and carefully counting their stories. The two-story distance earlier had hardly been enough to land decently with so she now searched for five to ten-storied buildings. There were a few, and, conveniently, they were practically in a row. With the layout memorized, she headed in their direction.

(This is gonna be fun, Nicky XD)

Dyrus frowned slightly as he came along the row of orange traffic cones. He smirked slightly as he weaved through them as she had done. Admiring her carefree attitude while probably knowing she was being hunted.

The head mercenary however, didn't share his sentiments. "Stop playing around and find her! Ryker's enroute as we speak. So it's crunch time. I want to have them in sight by then." Jarvis commanded angrily.

Amaryllis stood on the concrete pavement, turning in slow circles. She didn't recognize anything. She was afraid. Too afraid to move; too afraid not to.

Vasper quietly tracked Amaryllis's rich and lovely scent through the alleyways and streets. So focused on his task, he almost hadn't noticed the frail girl spinning in circles until it was almost too late. He'd stopped right off from her and stood there watching her curiously. After a time, he ventured to ask in a gruff voice, "What exactly are you doing? "

Donella flushed, focusing more than she had to on the pan "I didn't go to any" She said then glanced to him. "I was scared to"

"This is too, if we aren't baking it in the oven." Andorra explained happily.

Haley found a back staircase that led to the roof of one of the buildings she had sited. She ran ahead a few yards to check the distance between buildings, adding up everything in her head. She figured that by now they were well on her trail, a few minutes away at most, but she still had a little time to kill. Soon after leaving Amaryllis, she had pinpointed the animal like scent from earlier: Ryker hadn't sent dogs after them, or normal men, but some of his modified beings. Of course it made sense when she thought about it. Ryker wanted to make sure there were no mistakes, so he had sent his best trackers.

Zaine backed away to give the girls room in the kitchen as they went about their business. The smell of the cooking food made him rethink his "I'm not really hungry" sentence from earlier.

Andorra brought the pot over while she stirred the pasta into the cheese sauce. "Oh, YUMMIEST!!" She said as she looked over their impromptu feast.

Laurel quickly apologized to Alastor for having him wait for them. Hestitantly she went to take seat near Leverett.

"So? What's this common interests you speak of, if you don't mind me asking? " Alastor asked conversationally as he worked on the straps.

Leverett looked to Laurel, unsure if he should answer. So left it up to her.

Donella took the pan to the closest table, setting it on a trivet then grabbing plates and taking a seat so they could eat together "Great, let's eat then" She said, already working on putting her sandwich together.
