Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Donella glanced back to them then continued on, following the trail until she found the tiger, though in this form she couldn't open doors for herself.

Andorra gasped excitedly and asked, "Did you find him? Is he in there?"
~~~
Dimitri grinned and nodded his agreement. "Its better then that, methinks. It on the verge of pure perfection. That professor won't suspect strangers of doing this to him. Now all we need is an alibi for the night in question. While maintaining Plausible deniability. Especially if we...." He trailed of as he heard someone at the door. 'Oh, this can't be happening.' He thought of what Ioan was going to do with him after this. He thought fearfully as the options were not that good.
"That first one is a given. Where as that second reveal, not so much. However, knee driving isn't in high demand. You might want to rethink that career choice. " Ashton stated with levity.
Zaine watched in interest as Donella tracked Dimitri as far as the very door he was behind. He then stepped forward to open it for the currently handless Donella.
"Good point," Alexis said, already thinking of an excuse. "We could say that—" she stopped short, looking to Dimitri in confusion. "Did I just hear what I thought I heard?" She asked in a whisper.
-----
"Ya don't say," Allen mused over her reply for a brief moment before reclaiming the wheel with his hands. "Oh well then," he said casually as he jerked the wheel hard to the right then straightened, causing the vehicle to swerve on purpose. "Maybe I could take up trick driving? Is there such a thing?"
Donella sat on her haunches, watching the others with interest, especially as those inside went quiet.
Haley had the advantage of the being ahead already but she needed every yard. The rain, hitting harder by the minute, was causing the ground to become slippery, so she went to the edge to look for a fire escape to climb down by. When she couldn't find one, and with hardly any time to check every side, she decided to just get to the next building and see if she had better luck there. She sped up for the jump and landed, but not securely on the other side as she would have liked. The slippery edge caught her off guard and she barely managed to loop an arm over.
Dyrus experienced a similar situation with his next jump. But fortunately his claws saved him from slipping over the edge of the ledge. He pulled himself up onto the roof easy and hurried along to help Haley.
Andorra grinned devilishly and whispered loudly, "Tigger, we know you're in there! Come out and no one needs to get pounced on!"
Dimitri looked to the door and nodded at Alexis's question. He frowned at the unexpected voice of Andorra. He then shook his head at the nickname she'd coined for him.
~~~
"Oh,there most definitely is. Bring it on!" Ashton said with humor as she braced for his worst.

Haley glanced back to see how close he was. He was too close, and it was too soon to stop now, so she quickly began thinking over her other option. She adjusted her weight in her arms and looked down at the ground below. It was definitely further than the two stories from earlier that day, but she decided to go for it, releasing her hold on the ledge and dropping.

Zaine pushed the door open and scanned the room, searching for Dimitri. His search quickly ended as he spotted 'Tigger' immediately. "Hey," he said quietly.

Alexis shrugged as she looked from Dimitri to the group. "'Sup," she said with a blunt nod of her head.

Allen grinned mischievously as he put his foot hard onto the acceleration. Dust flew fast behind them for a few minutes until he came to a sudden stop when a realization came to him. "Is this thing rigged?" He asked concernedly, referring to the vehicle. "Cameras, and whatnot."

Nova frowned at that, but wanted to drop the subject. It was making both of them upset for different reasons.She looked away then back to him "Are you hungry?" Yep, subject change, very needed.

"No." Anuerin answered more quietly. His worry for Amaryllis had kept him so busy that he hadn't even considered eating the past night or day, but even now he had no appetite at the thought of eating.

Almost as if summoned by her outburst, a van pull up behind theirs. The medic was looking to Amaryllis with confusion, before the headlights caught his attention instead. He heard the leader of their group say, "about time Ryker got here. It's a good thing we charge by the hour." The group laughed together but stopped when Ryker got close enough to hear.

Amaryllis' eyes widened at the bright headlights that filled the van, fear overtaking her at the thought of what they meant. "Please, don't let him find me." She begged the medic, becoming more quiet as she spoke. She didn't know if Ryker knew that they had found her, but she hoped more than anything that if he didn't know that somehow her presence could be kept unknown to him.

(I'll reply to Alastor later.)
