Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Anuerin numbly watched as Haley removed the pieces of glass from his palm, a distant look masking his expression. "Ryker had it collected; I took it when he wasn't paying attention." He answered blankly.
Haley gently tipped his hand, palm down, then brushed the glass onto the shirt. "Why do you have it, then?" She asked, her voice hushed. She knew what the answer would be, but she wanted to hear it from himself.

Anuerin was hardly aware of his senses, even while he was touched by Haley. "Because I planned to end my life with it." He admitted after it took him a minute of listening to her speak before he comprehended what was asked.

Haley hardly reacted to his response, her determination to keep calm overriding any and all surprise she felt. She continued cleaning the glass up for a moment before carefully replying. "That's highly impractical, you know," she said softly. "There are too many people that need and care for you for you to leave now."

Anuerin shook his head solemnly in disagreement. "Name one person, besides Amaryllis, who needs or cares for me as you say." He prodded quietly.

Amara chuckled and dipped her head in appreciation of Dimitri reply. "well puns are just too fun not to throw in there. They are like little sentence enhancers, they spice up anything. It would be unBEARable in a world without puns." She replied with a chuckle.

"I like puns, I'm just not all that good at thinking then up," Alexis replied with a grin. "And sure, Amara. If that wedding ever comes around again, you will most surely be the ring bearer."
" I Bearly had time to get over the last wedding. And Amara makes a valid point about puns." Dimitri replied with a smirk.

"Myself, for one," Haley said quietly. The shards from the delicate vial were everywhere, and she was having enough trouble simply getting it off his hands. "I need you to remove your shirt," she said, moving the tee from under his hand.
