Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"Wonderful! I'm soooo glad that's settled. You guys had me worried for a second. But all good!" Dimitri grinned to Alexis and Amara happily.

"Why were you worried about it, Tiger? You're the biggest one here, so you'd just about automatically win if things ever came to a fight," Alexis said, chuckling softly.

"Well, because........because.......it would be two aginst one. Miss cattitude!" Dimitri replied with a grin.

Amara chuckled happy to have everything calm again. In truth she had been a little worried there for a second that she had pushed her new friends too far. She was so unused to being around people she was sometimes unsure if she was doing things right. "I am starving, when do we eat around here?" Amara said suddenly as her stomach growled loudly.

"Sounds fine by me," Allen said, yawning as if on cue.

Once she arrived at her room, Haley changed clothes in case she had managed to pick up any glass or venom from Anuerin's room. It was hardly noon, but she curled up on her bed and was soon asleep.
"Well, it's been fun and I too must admit I'm tired." Ashton stated as she stood up.

(Ok, got it.)
Leverett had headed out the backdoor to sit on the veranda some time ago. His arm felt a bit better when he'd awoken, but was throbbing now due to use, both undressing and getting dressed for the day. His coffee was long since cold but it was loathe to leave the view. He sipped at the cooled liquid anyway.

"As you said, I was busy. My work was in its infancy and required a lot of my time and dedication. I've never been one to declare my emotions openly or even show them. I must admit that it wasn't until I thought I'd lost you, that I realized how important you are to me and just how much I'd lied to myself." Ryker answered Anuerin honestly while holding his gaze.

Vasper frowned slightly at Amaryllis emotional words. "We all have secrets, but the secret to the secrets, is to not let them own you." He replied matter-of-factly.
Anuerin immediately looked away. He had expected the truth from Ryker, but when spoken aloud he found himself struggling to believe his words. It hurt more than anything.

"Yeah, I guess so." She agreed quietly, tipping her head down as she quickly brushed a tear away.

(The Veranda, huh? I think Sebastian was outside training, so I might not be confused about everything for once.) Sebastian had finished training, his body covered in sweat and his body aching. He probably used his knife a little bit harder than needed, he thought. He shook his head, and decided that wasn't true, looking up to see Leverett.

"I love you too Lilith, and I probably always will." Maddox said truthfully. He held her while they floated in this tranquil place, it was hard to believe Ryker's mansion was not more then a short flight from here. He sighed knowing that they would eventually have to go back there. So instead he tried to think of what he could do next for Lilith, where he could take her.
Lilith sighed happily at his words, before leaning sideways, resting her head on his chest, with his lower body holding up the rest of hers, which was smaller. She whispered "It'll be so fun to have a cabin. Just you and me, with no one to control us."

( A veranda is just a covered porch on ground level. Nothing fancy there)
Leverett dipped his head in greeting and replied, " It's a wonderful day to be outside, isn't it?

Sebastian nodded a greeting, before replying solemnly "Suppose it is." He noted Leverett's arm, and asked "Ryker get your arm?" He stood a bit away from him, recognizing he was sweaty.

" No, it was someone of a fairer persuasion, but just as deadly. I don't know if you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Aralyn, but caution would be my word for you, if you haven't. I imagine she pulled the wings off of flies as a kid. You see, she has an affinity for arms." Leverett said with dry humor.
