Lilith nodded, before putting a hand on his, silently sharing her sympathy for him. She expressed her loneliness and despair in the mansion before meeting him. She showed her fear that she had had before she had met him. And it was there and then, she realized how much she needed and loved Maddox. She began tearing up, hugging him tightly, sobbing softly into his chest.

Maddox held her as she sobbed into his chest. He also moved his wings protectively around her as well. "Shh it's ok, I'm here and I am not going anywhere, ok?" He held her tightly not one hundred percent sure why she was crying but he knew she needed him in that moment and nothing was going to take him away from her. He laid a gentle kiss to the top of her head and he held her close.

"I was going for a walk in the gardens. Your companionship would be most welcome. I would offer you my arm, but it is indisposed at the moment. " Leverett said politely.

She raised a brow at his mention of offering an arm, what was he some sort of old fashioned gentleman? Was he going to start opening doors for her too? "Sure I haven't spent much time in the gardens could be nice. What happened to your arm?" She asked gesturing to it curiously.

Amara watched Dimitri and Alexis, she was happy for them. They fit together well. She also glanced over to Andorra and Donella, they too fit together like family. With a sigh she quietly got up and left the roof top. She stayed in her bear form, she was surprisingly quiet for something so large. She made her way down stairs and began wandering the hall once more. Wondering what she would find this time, or who. She could catch up with the others from the roof later.

A warm sensation was brought to Cyra's cheek with Indigo's touch. Her dark smile softened as it was directed towards his gaze.

His gaze that graced over her feature slowly and lingered on her lips. "I don't want to have this conversation again, it'll draw to much attention. Attention we don't need." Indigo said with command.

Vasper waited idly until Ryker took the seat at his desk. Then Vasper took the wheeled stool. He glanced curiously to the back room.

And Ryker caught the glance. "Why are you really here? It has nothing to do with bringing me breakfast and everything to do with one or both of them in that back room. Which one is it? Anuerin or Amaryllis?" Ryker asked pointedly.

Vasper looked up at Ryker with a scowl at the uncomfortable question.

"Don't look at me like that. I always thought you and Dyrus were an item. It's not that much of a stretch, given your history. " Ryker said with a shrug. "Which is it?" He pushed.

Vasper growled low with frustration as he came to trems with the exact reason he was here now. He finally bowed his head in defeat as he answered, " Amaryllis sir."

Ryker's laughing was salt in his wounds. He already felt vulnerable with his weakness. "But you ate her foot! You brutally bit It off and devoured it in front of her!" He said between his laughter. "One doesn't forgive or forget that!!"

Vasper whined and bolted from the room. He was a fool and Ryker was right.
