Ryker looked to the receiving room and knocked on the glass. Signaling he was ready for Helen.

Alexis rolled her eyes upon hearing the dim wit's laughter. She hurried round a corner before anyone else could interrupt her exploring, and found herself across from a partly open door. She cocked her head to better hear what voices were in the hall. Some sounded like they were getting closer. On an impulse, she stepped into the room and closed the door behind her.

Razeth rested his head aginst the wall and transferred his gaze to the ceiling. He softly as Laurel's pain brought up unpleasant memories. But after a few minutes,  he closed his eyes and tried to rest.

"No, no you can't think like that. You are just as important as your brother.  Somethings are just beyond our control.  I'm so sorry for your loss. He sounded like a really good sibling and that he loved you very much. " Andorra said as she rubbed Cyra's back soothingly.

While laying their on her side Laurel suddenly found it difficult to breath as the severe pain in her spine became exceedingly overwhelming. Everything in her body was paralyzed for a time because of this, leaving her laying their to endure it all. She wanted to scream, but to prevent herself from waking Razeth, and upsetting him, all that was heard from her were muffled screams which escaped her throat despite her best attempts at silence.

Cyra sadly reached over and took hold of Andorra in a warm embrace knowing that they both had been deprived of both love and companionship. "I know, I know." She cried softly, trying to convince herself that what Andorra said was true.
