"Cool. Let's go then," Zaine said eagerly. He flipped off the light and pulled the door shut behind him.
"I will escort him, you have to get going again" Nova replied, looking to him then ahead again.

Donella nodded and moved to be out of the way so they could lead her to the cafeteria or wherever they were now going to to get food and look for the tiger.
She just talks about him all the time. He'd almost killed her by mistake, so that left an impression in her mind I guess.
)Haley's thoughts turned to her own family, particularly the father she loved but lost not to death, but to his own desires. "It's not your fault. Oftentimes the things we love the most, we don't realize how much they mean till they're gone," she said sadly, regretting that time couldn't be reversed and things of the past made right.
Sophia helped with the few fishes left, then dried her hands with a towel when they were done. Now they had a whole day to themselves. She wondered what Zaiden wanted to do
Zaine followed the girls from a couple feet behind so he could hear their conversation but not necessarily have to take part in it.Donella nodded and moved to be out of the way so they could lead her to the cafeteria or wherever they were now going to to get food and look for the tiger.

"What do you think we'll be able to get?" She asked curiously. She looked to Donella and asked, "What's your go to snack food?"

P)Sophia's eyes lit up, and she responded "That sound nice. Want to go now?"Amaryllis nodded silently her agreement. There was so many things
she wish she had said, but now never would have the chance.
"Perhaps we could take a walk through the woods," Zaiden suggested.
As they stepped onto an open street, Haley snapped out of her little flashback. There was something in the wind that struck her as odd; it didn't belong in this place, yet it was familiar. "I think we need to split," she said suddenly.Amaryllis nodded silently her agreement. There was so many things
she wish she had said, but now never would have the chance.

(I totally agree.he's definitely eye candy. )
"You're really something else! Do you think anybody else could have pulled what you did and still draw breath? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT! So save your tales of woe for somebody who actually wants to hear them. You're so blinded by your hate for your father, did you fail to realize he was actually trying to help Amaryllis. Because he knew if he lost her, he lost you. To have that kind of devotion and not appreciate it, is why I hate you! " Ashton said with anguish.
Vasper looked at the small window and groaned as he raised it to go out that way. A tight squeeze was expected to say the lest. But once outside, Vasper grinned widely as he started scenting again. He used his arms to slide down the two fights of stairs handrails. Once at the bottom, he then leaned casual against the wall and waited for Dyrus.
When Dyrus came around the corner he was greeted with the sight and, "You're getting slow in your old age Dyrus." Vasper said lazily.
"Oh? Is that so? Well I tell you what, I can still woop your hyena tail in my old age. So you'd best watch it!" He glanced behind him before lowering his voice, "Besides, I had to rally the troops. In case you've forgotten our ever-present mercenary shadow."
The teams had tinned to only a few men now. They'd decided they didn't want to draw too much attention to their actions. So had switched to civilian attire when they'd reached the city. Part of why Dyrus and Vasper had had such a head start. Vasper pushed off the wall and turned to fall in step with Dyrus as he walked past him. Once on the move again, they both actively searched for the girls.
"Whoa, they are starting ti get elaborate with their deceptions." Dyrus observed as the trail branched off into two different directions. One path a little bit older then the other. "A double back to this alleyway, but why?" Vasper thought aloud sometime later. Then Dyrus found a dumpster with some blood droplets upon some trash inside. "She's why. Amaryllis must of holed up here, while the other one scouted out area." Dyrus concluded.
"There's others that were here around the same time. Prepubescent males in their youth. Perhaps they found her, but. " Vasper paused as he followed their trail with his eyes. "They went separate ways. So no matter. The girls go on alone from here."
"I can scent all that too, now quit wasting time on the commentary. They don't need to know about every rat that scurried by. Let's go Tonto! Lone Ranger's inpatient! " Dyrus snapped with a mix of annoyance and impatience.
"Haters going to hate, you're just jealous my nose picks up latent trails better than you. " Vasper ribbed Dyrus playfully. To which he only got an eye roll. But it was enough for him..

)"No, madam the pleasure would be all mine." Leverett said with honesty. He smiled warmly as Laurel hurried walked beside him. He was thrilled to help her in anyway he could.
