Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Nova tossed the keys to another so the car could be put up before taking his arm and walking inside with him. She wasn't rough with him, since she did like him, but she wasn't just going to let him go either. She looked to him as she opened the door so they could go in "Why did you leave?" The question had been on her mind since Ryker came to get her.

(guys, I don't know what this place has or what to do with him.)

( It's an extremely large mansion like facility that has been converted to the needs of Ryker. Go for it. ;) )

(And I wanted her to misunderstand

lol! )
(I am so confused at this point

"HA! As if you would actually use duct tape on me," Alexis scoffed, but she took the info to heart. She was aware that she was a bit of a blabber. At the labs, it had been her only form of protection. But here, different environment with different people, not guards out to get her, she realized she would have to watch what she said.

"Well, it's not something I have on hand. Sooo, you are lucky. " Dimitri teased.

Andorra looked to Zaine in confusion, "They're already clean, so there's no need to wash them. " She stated with a frown.

(Here's what I mean...;) )
Andorra continued to scrunch up her face in confusion as Zaine stood there uncertain of what to say or do. It was then, a broad smile lit her face. "Got ya!! "

Haley took a sharp turn down a street then came back around, following the path she had directed Amaryllis to take. She couldn't follow the girl's exact path, not by smell at least, since that wasn't the best of her senses. She stopped to catch her breath and listen. Knowing any delay now would bring the hunters closer, she only stopped long enough to pick up on the nearest sound: a handful of voices, but none Amaryllis'. Nonetheless, she headed towards them, desperate for anything that would hint at where her friend was.

Dyrus continued to track the fresh trail. He grew frustrated that she was so close, yet out of reach. He was running out of lope just to shorten that distance.

Amaryllis allowed herself to be carried limply by the mecenaries; too weak to fight, too weak even to express her pain except for an occasional moaning of pain increased by either being carried or by the tourniquet.

The medic shook his head as he knelt down beside where they'd put Amaryllis in the van. "I have morphine. Do you want to sleep?" He asked quietly. He didn't see the need for her to suffer needlessly. The others climbed in and they were on their way. Vasper looking to them on the floor from over the back of the seat.

( )

"Okayyy," Zaine shrugged. He didn't understand this cat, and he wasn't sure he ever would, so he tried to just shrug off the joke that he didn't get. "Well, i think I'll start putting stuff away," he said quietly as he backed away from the sink.

Haley stopped near the voices, but out of sight. There were several; it sounded like a group of men. It smelled like the lab. She still couldn't see Amaryllis so she hurried to the other side of the building to see if she could see her from this angle.
