Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

(I was assuming that it had been awhile since he went to sleep, and that he might be awake by now. But now that I think about he's only been asleep for a few hours. She could show up at his office and realize he's not there. Maybe she could come across Eirik in the halls, that could buy some time?)
"Thank you." Amaryllis replied, beaming at his kind words. She left the room with a sense of confidence gained in Vasper's encouragement and walked down the halls to wait for the elevator.

Aquene nodded happily. She set the book down for a second, replyingwith a smile "So what do you do for fun?"

Elijah looked at her for a moment before answering. "Not much to do around here in terms of fun. But I read, I come here and climb, but honestly thats about it. Like I said not much to do, hang out with friends I suppose. I used to like stargazing but not really a good place to do that here. " He shrugged, he missed that most when he came here.

"Sugar, you know the answer to that question. Of course I don't mind if ya stay with me. But we should probably ask Amara too. She is half owner of the room after all." Willow stated pleasantly.

Adrian smiled, yeah asking Amara made sense but he doubted she would mind. Especially since she had spent the night at Casey room. "Great we can ask her tonight! I am going to skip some classes today so I can grab my clothes and stuff from my room so I hopefully won't run into mr. lion man." He grinned at her, he had a feeling that she was going to want to come with him for that. And while he was loath to bring her there in case he was there, he knew that if he didn't tell her and give her the option she would would be upset. Plus given what she was he knew that she could take care of herself, she didn't need him to do it for her.

"No problem if they do. Tiger here has a solution to that," Alexis said, smiling mischievously as she elbowed him lightly.

( :lau That was honestly my plan B if Madison threatened to tell on him)

Allen jerked back, more of a reaction to Ashton's holler than the lioness' advance. He wasn't quite sure what to say as he looked from one female to the other. He shoved his hands in his pockets but immediately pulled one out when it made contact with the now warm bag of cheese. "Wellllll," he sighed softly as he searched for words befitting the situation

Okay, maybe not. "Inflation: you know, the item loses its value the more you have?" Haley shrugged as she looked to her folded hands. "Never mind."

Ares laughed at Roan as he stood up. "Need a seat, m'am?" He called out unabashedly. He winked down at his new friend and whispered loudly, "this is how you do it, man."

Emily looked towards the voice. Yes, one of the students was talking to her, she realized. Oh shoot; maybe she should have waited for a proper introduction with Ioan. A bit of color crept up her neck as she headed towards him so she wouldn't have to yell back. "I was, actually, but they all seem to be taken," she said tentatively.

Ares gave her a charming smile as he pulled out the seat Indigo had deserted beside Roan. "All but this one," he said, with a sweep of his arm towards the chair.
(poor Allen:p)

Samantha looked up, surprised with the news. Well they hadn't wasted any time on that, thank goodness. Whatever she'd been taking before was leaving her queasy nearly every time. "I can come down after the gym," she said. She returned to the hall and locked her door behind them. "Be careful what you wish for," she advised, "all this isn't without cost. The first few weeks were far from simple and painless."

Liam smiled at her, "Harper will be pumped, ever since she got the new stuff in she has been wondering if you'd like it. She is a weird one the things she gets excited about." He said with a shake of his head. He looked to her then, "I know, you forget I work in the cells. I have seen what some of you have gone through, I know what it costs. But it doesn't matter, if Ryker wanted to do that he would have done it by now. Regardless its fine, being the odd human out isn't so bad. " He said with a shrug, he was mostly lying there but she didn't need to know. "So you have a favorite type of exercise, or equipment?" He changed the conversation hoping to switch from one that didn't need to happen.

Samantha breathed out slowly, calming herself as she listened to his words. So many words. "Well it's good Harper likes it; someone has to," she said reasonably. She slid the iPod into her pocket, being careful not to tangle the earbud chords as it went in. "Stretches and balance, that's where I'm focusing right now. I stumbled last week and was called out on it. Not a good feeling, let me tell you, especially when there's a 250 pound bag of muscles hollering and staring you down for it." She kept her gaze straight ahead. Some people preferred their conversations face to face, seated, and slow, but she didn't have the time or patience for that.

Aquene nodded, replying with a smile "I'd be up for some stargazing night if you want to try." She smiled hopefully at him.

Elijah glanced at her then at his feet, he had never shared this with anyone. When he would look out at the stars and planets he had always been alone. "Sure, I've never really done it with anyone before. I've always done it alone, might be nice to have some company. We would need a way outside, the higher the better to see the most. I used to have a telescope for this, but I don't have it anymore, wish I did." He said quietly at the end, he had built with his father, he wondered if they still had it.

( Is he driving her nuts yet? )

Liam chuckled, he wondered who the 250 pound bag of muscles was. He had some ideas but didn't want to say. He followed at her side down the hall wondering if it would be insensitive or prying to ask about her tattoos, he had asked Harper about hers, but then again Harper was already his friend. "So what are your tattoos about? Do they mean anything? I've thought about getting one but didn't know of anything that would significant enough to get. I hear Atalanta does some around here, that is where Harper got hers done. I've watched some of you spar by the way and to be honest its sort of terrifying how serious some of you take it." He chatted happily deciding to just be himself since she hadn't told him off yet.

Atalanta grinned back at her. "Didn't make much of a difference," she pointed out cheerfully when they arrived at the same time.
Priam slowed to catch his breath as they neared the porch, leaning against the railing as soon as it was within reach.
Iris smiled, responding "Want to eat breajfast together? I'll go take a quick shower before and meet you guys there if you want to do it."

Victor headed to his class, looking around for Lucy. He felt worried for her, that outburst wasn't normal. However, he wouldn't approach her. She needed her space, he decided.
