Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Andorra brushed Donella comfortingly with the tip of her tail. She knew Zaine was a sore subject with her.
Donella purred at the touch, glad to have someone to be that close of a friend to know when she was upset.

Atalanta set the tray of drinks and utensils down and slid into the seat beside her brother. "Tea for you," she said as she moved the glass towards him. He mumbled a thank you as he handed her plate over. They had this routine down to a tee after all the years they'd been here.
Iris eyed their routine with interest, she silently wished she had a sibling or someone to do things like that with. She looked down at her own food and began eating, conscious of her wishes, whether they were realistic or not.

Allen shook his head defiantly. "Not at all," he assured her.

Haley sighed softly. She continued staring, looking for even a slight reveal in his facial features, but he gave away nothing. "Can you really tell me nothing beyond that?" She asked. "They're alive, but under what circumstances?"

Emily shook her head. "It's perfectly fine," she quickly said. "I have access to any necessary cleaning, but it really looks fine to me. But are you okay? You hit that corner pretty hard."
Ares finally got his butt in gear and went to grab some napkins to help.

"Well, here I am, where are you... lagging behind." Ashton said with humor as she moved to the bottom of the stairs to look up at him.

" You're an intelligent girl and I believe you could use your imagination." Dyrus said over the rim of his coffee mug as he raised it to take a sip.

Roan looked to Ares as he helped her blot the juice. He felt extremely silly for not doing so himself. He just didn't want her thinking he was pawing at her inappropriately. He was such a daft idiot. "No, my head is fine. It'll take more than that to knock something loose in there." He said, muttering that last part more to himself then to her.

"Poor boy, always grumpy," Alexis said, not sounding terribly sorry for him though. She glanced up to the sun then to Dimitri. "We should probably head to class. Not that I want to."
"It's his whole attitude that's the problem. Some people are just determined to be miserable, I guess." Dimitri thought aloud. He finished up his food and nodded to Alexis. "Yeah, we best get going. History waits for no one." He added as he stood up.

(And before you flag me for being wrong, college classes have swings days. MWF and TT. ;) we'll call it Thursday if it's fine with Run Wild. )
