Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

(Sorry everyone, but my tablet is goofing up and I'm too tired to catch the mistakes. Half of what I write doesn't make sense because of either word substitution or other matters. Anyone having problems when they press the space bar, it adds a world beginning with the last letter at the end of the word? That's bizarre and annoying at the same time. Examples: determinedo, showingiving :barnie)
(yep, mine was doing that, I just went back to my desktop)

Layla nodded, Vasper got it, the anger, the rage that wanted to claw its way out of her. "He does help though, he tempers it a bit, but your right. And no I did not push him, he said much the same. Guilt is a new thing for me, like friendship, I am just not used to it all. I appreciate you being willing to help, heck for even offering to help. And if I ever attacked you in the past, uh lets just forget it happened. " She replied, she was aware she had a bad habit of blindly lashing out at those who just happened to be in the area when she was angry. She often didn't remember who bore the brunt of her furry as she just didn't care to remember. While she didn't think that had ever been directed at him but it was the closest she would get to an apology if she had.

"Naw, you never got me in any scuffle. " Vasper stated nonchalantly as he began picking up the bits of punching bag. "We should probably hide the evidence. " He said with a smirk. " at least it's not a body" He added with humor.

Layla nodded in agreement and reached up to unchain the remains of the bag that was still hanging. As she gathered it up in her hands she looked around for somewhere to put it and glanced at Vasper. "Did you have somewhere in mind to hind this?" She asked and then gave a quiet chuckle at his joke. "yeah a body would be a lot messier and harder to hide." She added.

Somewhat ironically, looking at her hand when Leverett pointed it out made Priam want to gag. The details he heard exchanged between the doctors wasn't helping any. It was disturbing yet he couldn't draw his eyes and ears away. "She's not going to die, is she?" He finally managed, sliding his gaze briefly to Leverett.

Allen appreciated her wise drops of conversation as much as he did her humor. "I wasn't complaining," he said, shrugging lightly. "It was just an observation since you brought the word pet into our conversation. And, for the record, I was referring to you as much as Ryker when I said 'highers'."

"I know," Haley said, flashing him a smile. "I just wanted to hear you say it. Plus, I like hearing you say my name." Cheesy, maybe, but when you'd heard your name called out in drunken stuttering or orderlies hollering at you, it was nice to hear it quietly and with intention.
Leverett looked up to Priam and said honestly, "I don't think so. They gave her the Anti-Venom, so their no longer fighting the neurotoxin, their fighting the effects her body had from to the venom. I saw a documentary about snake bits. She could lose her hand, but not her life."

Ashton smirked openly, "So you admit I'm about you. Good to know. And here I thought lions were the king of beasts. " She teased him.

Dyrus grinned devilishly and turned to look fully at her and said, "Haley? Oh,Haley. Where is Haley? My dear and beloved Haley."

(Right)
Michael smiled at the woman that came to open the door for him and nodded "Michael young, yes. They finally got my replacement situated so I could come here." He said "I'm sorry if I'm early" He added, seeing how rushed she looked.
"Oh, no, you're fine," Emily quickly assured him. She stepped back to let him in. "Actually, it's perfect timing. I hate to send you right into the job, but there's at the moment an emergency in the nurse's office." She winced as she spoke the words so matter of factly, but why elaborate? "If it's fine with you—" actually it didn't matter if he was fine with; it was an emergency that needed his attention "—I'll take you straight there."

Vasper gave a dark looked to Layla and said, "Not necessarily. It all depends on how hungry I am. " He took the bag from her and headed for the back room of the gym.

( :lau I could help it. That's just who he is. Hyenas are ruthless scavengers. )

Priam breathed a sigh of relief. "Thanks," he said quietly. "For the assurance." He pushed himself up onto the bed opposite Leverett so he could still see the goings on across the room, but talk more comfortably.

"And here I thought frogs were lowly, slimy little creatures better left fried and served on a platter," Allen said in as serious a tone as he could muster.

Haley poked him lightly in the rib to keep moving. "Oh Dyrus, my dear and beloved Dyrus, how about we keep moving before the cameras think we're loitering," she said, trying to not laugh at his antics, much as she loved them.

Michael raised an eyebrow then picked up his bags to bring them at least into the foyer. "Throwing me in the deep end already?" He teased then nodded "We can leave these here for now, if you can lead me to the nurse's office?" He came in and to the side enough for her to close the door and lock it back, waiting on her word
