Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

William was a bit confused as to what was going on here but he took her hand gently. "Hey that's all I need to know. I figured since we were going to spend the day together that meant we would go to the beach together too. Come on I am ready lets go to you room to get your stuff. Oh and i grabbed some sun screen just in case you don't have any, wouldn't want you to turn into a lobster." He said with a laugh as he helped her up from the bed and led her to the door.
Leah giggled at his joke, still blushing. She touched his shoulder slightly as they walked, trying to communicate she liked him, and most likely failing severely.

Zoe gasped softly and moved closer to him, trying to hug him if he would allow her "I'm sorry." She said gently, wishing she could make this better for him. She didn't care if Asa saw them, Elliot needed her right now. Needed to know he wasn't alone.
Elliot let her hug him, but replied darkly, “And I am going to pay for it. Every drop of blood she lost I will lose for her sake, as punishment for my failure as a brother and son. That’s all my parents wanted of me...to take care of her.”

William smiled at her as they walked to her room, she had pointed them in the right direction. He looked down at her curiously when he felt her touch his shoulder. "Whats up?" He asked confused, did she have something she needed to say? Or was he picking up on something he shouldn't be? He didn't know, he was just happy he could make his new friend smile.

Zoe frowned at his words, looking to his face with concern "You did not fail, circumstances were beyond your control. We only just were allowed to leave the island. Elliot, you cannot blame yourself for what happened."

Leah responded quickly “I’m so sorry.” Why couldn’t he pick up on it! And why couldn’t she be more confident? Maybe some things weren’t made to be, she thought. She had moved too fast. They were just friends and maybe he had a girlfriend already. She smiled as they walked, more relaxed.

"You don't need to apologize, you didn't do anything wrong it was just a question. Is everything alright? Your acting, odd even for you." He said with a curious look. He had only met her recently butt he had grasped enough of her personality and mannerisms to know this was unusual. He hoped it wasn't him, had he been too much? He was a known flirt and he had tried to temper that a bit for her to not make her uncomfortable. Then it dawned on him, did she like him? Had she read his kindness and slightly flirtatious behavior as he liked her? Oh no he groaned, had he just made things very awkward? He liked Leah, as a friend, she was great if not a bit shy. But he didn't really know her well yet, and he.. oh man he had really stepped in it now. He thought to himself, how can he make this not weird he wondered.

Leah responded more calmly again “Sorry. I was acting a bit weird, that’s all. Sorry, back to normal again.” She smiled and kept walking with him to the beach, asking “What beach games do you like?”

(lol, alright)
Casey paused on his way when he saw Andorra carrying a stack of books. He came over to her instead "Hey, need any help?" He asked as he looked to the stack then to Andorra again
"Hey Casey. Well bless your heart. I was working up to a hernia with these. These things are heavy, I don't know why Amara carries them all at once. " She said gratefully as she transferred the burden of the books to Casey.
