At Harper's statement, Irine looked to the room next to her. Sympathy flooded her at seeing him. Leverett, that ano interesting name. She thought as she tried it out a few times. She then settled back aginst the pillow and closed her eyes. She best rest up so when Priam came back she'd be well-rested.
Ryker worked to open both nubs and ready them to accept the wings again. After placement and aligning the bones, he used stainless steel hardware to secure the bones. Then moved on to the soft tissues such as tendons and arteries. Once he got the blood flow going, the wings took on a healthy color once again.
Ashton smiled and nodded. " I can wing that. Come on Hairspray. " She said as she put the lid on the game and set it aside.
"Considering its either who we're hunting or the mercenaries that trail after us, not many get to see us in action. But I see a lot of myself in you. The way you destroyed that punching bag, I almost did that to a trainer. That's when I first met Dyrus. He pulled me off him and threw me on the floor. Then sat on my chest and held my neck down until I came back to myself. He's been my alpha and friend ever since. How many years is that.....I lost count." Vasper replied quietly as he played with the root beer cap on the table.Layla looked at him, yes she had heard about that trait in him. "Well you two are quite successful, though I have yet to actually see you two in action. I have heard enough stories to hope that if I do ever see it I won't be on the opposing side." She said simply, it was the truth, not just because she didn't want to fight him but also because she knew against the two of them she would lose. "Have you and Dyrus been together your whole time here?" She asked curiously.

Saskia smiled at her friend, "Alright we shall check the garden shed and then the garage! Then we get that poster from Gideons room and our task shall be complete. Now I just need to find a man and then we will be set." She said with a laugh.

Eliana was surprised, that was not the answer she had expected. She met his eyes, so that he would see her sincerity. "Thank you for that. I will try not to let you down." Eliana looked around his lab then as she thought about all he had said to her that day, good and bad. She hoped she could at least help him be less lonely, maybe she would even read one of those medical journals he had mentioned before. "Lets go outside." She turned back to him, fixing him with a bold, almost challenging look.
Allen threw up his hands in exasperation. "Ugh! Of all names!" He straightened up and grabbed empty cheese wrappers and the like to dispose of. "Lead on, Frog—no. Wait, wait. I'll lead, since you're so particular about this who is behind you thing." He headed towards the door.

Leah silently took the lead, weaving in and out of the tight spots of the trees contentedly. She headed in the complete opposite direction of the one she would take to get to her normal quiet place higher up. She wanted to find somewhere where she could be just with him. After about ten minutes of silent walking and enjoyment of the quiet forest, she reached what seemed to be a bit of a swamp, which was nothing special. But something else had caught her eye. Beyond the swamp and to the left of some palm trees, was a small pool of clear freshwater. She smiled and turned to show William with a point of her finger.
Victor chuckled, "We'll see, Toddler. Lets go again." He set his blocker (what are those thing even called?) on the table and prepared for round two.
