Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"It takes some getting used to," Sam said, nodding slowly. "Didn't Ryker find you nearly dead or something?" Hence his excitement about Ellie, the fact that she had survived.

Ellie paled a little, not because of the comment so much but more because it reminded her of the one who didn't make it. "Yeah I was put in a coma for a while, I am surprised I survived too." She said quietly as she looked up at Sam, she couldn't know why it upset her so she didn't hold it against her.

Andorra was strangely quite as they walked. She was thinking about everything that had happened this day. How could everything go so wrong? A fellow student was attacking others. That was a disconcerting thought. How could they be safe from Ryker if they weren't even safe from each other?
Donella walked with Andorra to the nurses office and knocked there to see if Anne was back.

Alexis watched the pair leave then looked up at Dimitri once more as if to say "Well? You're not going to even acknowledge his question?" She was hurt that he hadn't, no doubt about that, and even more so that he wasn't going to give her a second chance. Why was she even sitting here with him still, she thought bitterly. She hopped down and stalked to the door, but stopped so she could hear the doctor's verdict first.
Michael looked from one to the other of them then sighed. "Your blood isn't showing any of the infection now. I would like you to come back so we can make sure it doesn't crop up again, but for now, I guess you can go."

"The man's worked wonders," Sam said with enthusiasm. She cocked her head a tad to the left as she looked at Ellie. "I've never been in a coma, not that long anyway. Was it terribly strange waking up to such different circumstances?" She liked to put names to faces and faces to features, and thus far, she had done the first. The girl was holding back, no surprise there. Maybe fangs first was a bad idea.

Lyra didn't know what to say so for a time she just followed along at his side. "I would call that more hostile then moody, maybe he's just having a bad day. I mean he did get hurt somehow." She said quietly as she followed him, she felt bad that he felt the need to apologize for the other man.
"I've seen him moody, and this certainly goes beyond," Zaine said, frowning deeply. He lead the way as far as the first hall of dorms then slowed so she could get them to the correct room. "But yes, I agree with you. Today hasn't been great for him." First the argument then the attack. Even so, it upset Zaine that Dimitri wouldn't try harder to mend things. Alexis had been good for him and he for her and now they were likely going to go their own directions and be all moody and sulky.

Donella walked with Andorra to the nurses office and knocked there to see if Anne was back.

Anne slipped over to open the door and see who it was. "Heyo," she said, with a cheerful smile as she looked from one girl to the other. "Let me guess. Here to see Dimitri?"
Andorra smiled and nodded. "Yeah, that obvious, huh? How's he doing? Any better?" She asked good-naturedly.

Michael looked from one to the other of them then sighed. "Your blood isn't showing any of the infection now. I would like you to come back so we can make sure it doesn't crop up again, but for now, I guess you can go."
"Wonderful. I'll be sure to do just that. Thank you doctor. " Dimitri replied as he slipped off the bed to stand. He looked to Alexis on his way to the door. He opened it wide. He'd have to go back to the classroom to get his book bag before finding where Indigo was.

( :hit Understood. Then he won't be hurt if she goes crying to Ares XD)

Alexis couldn't get out on her own even if she wanted, unless she shifted to human form. But that wasn't going to happen any time soon. She wasn't sure she'd be able to control what she said aloud then.
( :hugs Go for it. It won't matter to him anymore. It'll just prove he made the right choice in his mind. )

Ellie nodded, "I am grateful, he saved my life, I probably would have died if it wasn't for him. It is strange, I wasn't conscious when he found me, when I woke up it had been so long. I felt different, I was different but I didn't know how just yet. I wouldn't advise being put in a coma unless you need too its very disorienting." She replied looking up up Sam from her bag of chips. She could tell on some level Sam was fishing for information, whether she meant to do it or not. She gave her enough to satisfy her without giving her all her secrets.

Lyra took the lead and headed down a hall to the right, before she stopped at her door and unlocked it holding the door open for him. "Maybe he just needs time." She offered as she stepped into her room and took her bag from him, setting it on the bed.

Adrian smiled and stroked her cheek, "Well then I will knead dough anytime you want." He said in a husky voice before he sobered just a bit. He was worried about what they had said about this other man being attacked. Yes he wasn't completely defenseless but if something could take down a tiger he wasn't sure how safe he felt as a horse, and even more he wanted to keep Willow safe even though he knew she could take care of herself.
"What are you thinking about? You got serious all of a sudden. " Willow asked as she straightened in her seat to look more full at Adrian.
