"It'd be my honor," Lucy said with a smile. She moved a piece to an available side spot then looked up at him expectantly. "Do you want to read the instructions first? I'm horrible at explaining."

Vitor shook his head, wanting the game to be more entertaining by him not knowing exactly how to play. He looked at the board, before moving another piece diagonally. After that, he looked up to her, and simply waited for her to move her piece.

Leah leaned against him, enjoying the drastic step she had allowed herself to take by pursuing William. She looked up at his face with a shy smile, happy for the moment which seemed perfect- until the wind blew her hair up into his face. Of course.

Asa shouted uncontrollably. Why did Ryker choose these two individuals for him to work with out of all the experienced soldiers he had in his control? Why was it decided he needed anyone's help, at all? Ryker knew he was perfectly capable of completing the mission himself. Taking a calming he walked out into where Elliot and Zoe were. "Go to bed, now," he ordered strictly, "we will be getting up early in the morning."

Elliot had already entered the room and prepared himself to go to bed. After a few dark thoughts entered and left his mind in his bed, Elliot fell asleep slowly.

"It's nice to meet you too." Amaryllis smiled warmly. Not wanting to ignore the woman, she waited until Layla was gone before speaking with Vasper. "Anuerin just had surgery to have his wings reattached." She felt conflicted between sounding excited and terrified. "I need to stay with him. He's sleeping, but he will be in a lot of pain when he wakes. I wondered if you might stay with me while I care for him tonight?" She asked a little quietly, becoming afraid of what his answer might be. She knew Vasper didn't like her brother, but she didn't want to be alone and had no else to ask.

Vasper looked to Amaryllis a bit surprised. "You're asking for me to spend the night with you and Anuerin? Have you talked to him about this? My last conversation with your brother resulted in blows. I don't think my presence there will be much help to him. But I'll stay because you asked me to. I'll stay away from his line of sight so he won't know I'm there." He said with reluctant finality.

Elliot had already entered the room and prepared himself to go to bed. After a few dark thoughts entered and left his mind in his bed, Elliot fell asleep slowly.

Asa decided to take the couch in the living between both bedrooms, instead of having one of the two beds in the room Elliot was asleep in. His patience was too fragile at the moment to endure being contained in the same room as the man he hated. He laid down, waiting for the two to be asleep in their separate rooms before letting himself go to sleep.

Vasper looked to Amaryllis a bit surprised. "You're asking for me to spend the night with you and Anuerin? Have you talked to him about this? My last conversation with your brother resulted in blows. I don't think my presence there will be much help to him. But I'll stay because you asked me to. I'll stay away from his line of sight so he won't know I'm there." He said with reluctant finality.

Amaryllis kept quiet for a few minutes as Vasper finished speaking. "I gave you second chance." She reminded him gently. "All I'm asking you to do is give Anuerin a second chance, maybe, like you, he's changed. Besides, he'll probably be asleep the whole time you're there, but I would enjoy your company." Amaryllis took Vasper's hand in hers and lovingly brushed it against her face. "I love you Vasper, but I love him too. And it breaks my heart that you hate each other so much, I hope that will change."

"Well, hi then," Nick said, a hint of a smile on his face as he thrust a hand out to shake. "I'm Nick. And you are...? Or are you not going to tell me?"

Sam swept crumbs from the table into her palm and slipped the handful of garbage out from ellie's hand, then went to dispose of it.

"Oh! Don't want to get on your bad side," Alexis said. She checked left and right outside the bedroom door, then quietly headed toward the cafeteria.

Ellie shot a glare at Sam who was making it hard to ignore Nick now that she didn't have anything to do. She sighed deeply and turned to face him. "I'm Ellie." She said simply, she was not good at being mad at people, she didn't hold grudges but she didn't really want to shake his hand either.

Lyra followed her quietly down the empty halls, getting a bit of a thrill as it felt like she was breaking the rules a little bit. She shrugged her shoulders a bit as she looked to Alexis, "I don't think you will get on my bad side, I don't really have one in the first place." She said quietly with a sheepish grin.

William chuckled and gently moved her hair, smiling at her. "So what else would you like to do today?" He asked her curiously now that she was growing more confident in her own decisions.
