I love tomatillos, they are staple around here.

OK, took awhile to find it. These are large recipes, but very forgiving, so you can downsize and adjust as needed.

I have competed several times--and either won or been top two every time.

Both with my white chicken chili (recipe is in the BYC cookbook) or with my red chili recipes.
