Chinese Goose In Winter

It's nothing to really worry all that much about unless you intend to use the birds for showing. As long as they are able to get out of the wind it's unlikely it'll happen anyways. My geese sit outside in their pen in the snow and cold with only a windbreak for protection all winter long and I've had no problem with any birds getting frost bitten.
No intention of showing, I just know what frostbite feels like and how the pain always comes back if you get cold. Wind break I can do, well for the most part. Prevailing is NW but we live in pretty much a circle cut out of the woods and the winds tend to swirl in it. Do what I can and teach them to go into their building. Glad to know you haven't had any problems. Your weather can be as bad as we get here.

Thanks so much for the reply!
