chinese no name 48 egg automatic incubator problems PLEASE HELP!

New to the group here! But have had chickens a while! I tried holding the rotate button and it does a count down and then goes back to day 26....anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I had the same issue. What worked for me was unplugging the unit, pressing and holding the reset button while plugging the unit back in. Once it comes on it will beep and flash a whole bunch of all the same numbers on the display. After a few seconds everything resets to 0. Not sure if it affected my humidity and temp alarm settings, but at least my day counter reset lol

I have the 24S model, with arrows/triangles. holding them down together for 5 sec worked for me too. wish we could change it to something other than zero.

I just got that same model from a bargain bin store for 5 bucks. No instructions and no squeeze bottle but it appears to function correctly. I wish I could change it to Fahrenheit though. I plan to try it out on my next hatch but as of right now it's just a backup in case my other one fails on me. How'd your hatch go with it? Ive seen some people put tape along the plastic top to prevent leaks but not sure if that's necessary...?
