I have a year and a half old barred rock hen who has a minor chip on the side of her beak. Last year she chipped her beak pretty bad so her top one is a tad bit shorter than the bottom one but she still eats fine. Is this something that I should be worried about or am I being anxious 😅

From what I can see it doesn't look like it needs treatment/intervention. It's close enough to the quick that it probably didn't feel great when it happened but doesn't look deep enough to be causing pain at the moment. I wouldn't expect it to cause her any trouble eating, drinking, or grooming.
