Thank you! A good chunk of them are new, I added to the flock for the first time in almost four years back in March. Yes it was a birthday present for myself

Thank you! And yes, I plan to enter Indigo as soon as I get a good photo. I’ve been wanting to have a bird to post in that contest for years now, but this is the first hard molt I’ve ever gotten from anyone. That bird can be a real pain in the when she wants to so I’m kind of glad she’s been forced to mellow out some lol.

Hey! She’s been doing really well, crazy to think I nearly lost her four years ago. As per usual, still up to her odd antics and was not impressed when I added to the flock this spring lol. Speckled Sussex are a fantastic breed, I miss having multiple of them. I’ll give Joy your compliment lol.

I have a hen like that! She was hen-raised so she is nasty! She isn't skittish or anything, but whenever I try to pet her she bites me real hard
