I think you best bet would be to breed your female Dun offspring back to the pure Black Mottled Cochins, that will give half blacks and half duns and half of them would be mottled so basicly the same percentages that you listed.

Yes once you can breed mottled to mottled you will get all mottled and once you breed dun mot to dun mot you will get all three colors of mottled chicks. This should be an awesome color. Good luck
