This looks like intestinal lining, very common.

How old are your hens?
Occasional shed can be nothing to worry about, if everyone is acting normally. It's basically caused by anything that irritates the digestive tract, sometimes if they eat something different, or a lot of it. If you see a lot of it, or consistently, it can be a sign of internal parasites. In that case you can get a fecal test done to see if any parasites are present, or you if you don't have a vet that will do that, you can just worm them and see if it helps.
