Chocolate orp bantam roo or hen

This is a rescue. It's a 12/29 hatch. The beak has already been trimmed, I don't have any pics of it butt

[/IMG]because there are no feathers, at all. It's tail is naked. It was sold to me as a roo but looks pretty henish to me! What do you guys think?
