I have two of these brown little cuties and both look exactly the same. They are about 3 weeks old.Are these little brownies a runner or khaki? Beak and feet are a very dark brown. It's down is a medium golden brown.

Also, take a peek at the other photos. The yellow and black one I thought was a mallard...but maybe its a Rouen? Also have an adorable Cayuga.
Thanks guys and gals!

The coloring of those two varieties is very similar in the ducklings. I would judge by stance. Runners will be much more upright than Campells. That said, Campbells are a lot more common than chocolate Runners, so that's probably what they are.

The other duckling does look like a Rouen. Could also be a domestic Mallard and a couple of other things as well.

Thank you. They don't stand super upright so probably Campbells. Do all Mallards have the spots on the wing tip and back or is that a Rouen trait?
