Chocolate wyandotte bantam FEATHERS

I bought two trios of chocolate wyandotte bantams today and I looked and found that there feathers where clipped so that was a Red Flag that I coundn't show them I was wondering how long it would take for them to grow back and or could I pull the clipped feathers? I was reading that people pull them out and it will grow back right away. I really need some help with this because I want to show these birds in march. Any commets will help thank you.

They wont be replaced with new ones till they molt, and that could be another half a year.

How old are they? I think chickens molt in their second autumn. Hope they come back full and beautiful. Good luck and happy holidays!
