Whoo hoo! Tonight the 3 girls & Bruno are out in their new Clubhouse coop! My hubby modified a childs wooden playhouse (paid $199 for it but with shipping it came out to be $300)for me. I was upset when I first got it because the dimensions were VERY misleading. I thought it would be at least 4 by 4. It is only 43 inches by 41 inches. So we made due with what we got & it turns out I have a rooster to give away so I will only have 3 girls in it anyway. My hubby will be building a 4ft. by 12ft covered run for them to hang out in. Anyhow, here our the pics of what was done & I think it turned out great for us newbies with no real coop building skills! Just have to touch up some paint & maybe make our own feeder & we will be putting shingles on the nest box to keep it dry.....hope you like it! Let me know what you think!
