I take them out of the incubator when they're close to being done zipping all the time.

I do things very differently than @gimmie birdies does though.

No no I'm not talking about helping...I don't encourage that ever.

I was talking about once they have already started zipping and are almost finished zipping...to just hold the egg for when they pop out. It's pretty darn neat.
