Just want a few to give us all fresh eggs.
So got a handfull RIR to help me
Make yummy cakes and better tasteing breads.

Then I found this chicken website

chat and post our pictures too
Oh I see a pretty Pheonix
Look at the colors in that little Roo.

So I make a little order

Have to have a few of these
Waite look at those hatching babies

I need to log off the BYC

Now my DH is understanding

Built 3 coops in our first year
What he doesn't know wont hurt me

Like another hatching day is near.

and he only paused a moment when
he heard her holler "OFF!"

Aaaargh! I'm listening to an all Christmas Carol radio station at work. And now all the carols have chicken lyrics resounding through my head!!

~sigh~ This one came to me while listening to Winter Wonderland....

Rooster crows
Are you listening
In the bowl
Water's glistening
A beautiful sight
Its almost night
Cuddled in a corner of the coop

Gone away is the sunshine
Here to stay are Christmas light's shine
The roo coos a song
As we snooze along

In the daytime we will get to free range
Scrathing in the leaves for yummy treats

Listening hens will all run
To see who gets the goodies to peck and eat
