I feell better now

I went and baked some Gingerbread, had a cup of coffee, and cleaned the bathroom (so I could take care of kitty stuff).

I was thinking, I ought to take some pics of my favorite ornaments and post them.

Does anyone have a special ornament with a story? (none of mine really have stories, I just got ones I loved the shape or look of).

Evertime I take a vacation to a place I have never been I try to find an ornamnet from there, like Yellowstone or the Grand Tetons. Then I reminisce when decorating my tree!​

I always promise myself that I'll get all the shopping done before the week of Thanksgiving hits, and I'll ship everything off to various relative the weekend after Thanksgiving, and I always end up scrambling til the last minute to get all the gifting done.

This year I will meet the deadline! I will!

Here is a pic of our middle daughters quilt top that I have been working on. She put the blocks together herself and I done the embroidering.....now to get on to the quilting part

She loves anything that has to do with horses.

I've been busy trying to hay done between rain

I haven't had a chance to do anything "Christmassy" this week.

But, I have new batteries for my camera, so maybe I'll take some pics of ornaments, now, and post them (if the glare doesn't get too bad so ya can't see them anyway).

Ok, some of these are hard to see, but these are some of my egg shaped ornaments.

I'd love to grow some egg gourds next year to make some of my own crafts/ornaments out of them.
