Has anyone dealt with a chicken repeatedly getting wry neck?

Shes 3 months old. About a month ago she had wry neck, but I caught it early and honestly she improved rapidly within 24 hours and practically normal at 48 hours. I continued the selenium and vitamin e paste a couple days after and she was fine until today. I noticed this morning she seemed a little off. I kept going out to check on her and this afternoon I noticed her neck crooked again so I sepersted her and gave her some more selenium/vitamin e

My question is if anyone has dealt with this and if so what do you do to prevent the wry neck? Like once a week give a dab of the selenium paste? Just don't want to overdo it.

I didn't take pictures tonight but these were last time.

What's her diet?
Can you tell if she has a vaulted skull?
I'm not sure how to check that, bit her skull seems the same as my other chicks. She's not laying yet so she is strictly on dumor grower/starter. It's an 18% or 20% protein

It's would be a but more to a lot more raised than the others. I'd try a vitamin supplement in their feed or water.

Is there a such thing as too much? Like can I just do the vitamins daily in water?
Instead of the Vitamin E and Selenium paste, go to Walmart or CVS and get a bottle of Vitamin E and B-Complex.

Give her one 400IU Vitamin E gel tab daily along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex. A little egg daily will help with the uptake of E.

There is a reason I'm suggesting that you give the vitamins individually. I wrote it out in a post a while back - I've quoted it below, please read it.
Thanks!

I would not use Goat Vitamin E and Selenium.
You would have to give 4ml to get 400IU Vitamin E and that would put you at 46.4mcg of Selnium which is way too high of a dose. Max Selenium dose is 25mcg for poultry, but it can be toxic in large quantities. Vitamin B1 is also a support vitamin for neurological issues and the goat vitamin does not contain that, so you would need to buy vitamins anyway.

I'll go to Walmart today to get that. Question. So her wry neck has improved and her posture is correct again, but she basically walks around with her eyes closed. She's eating and drinking but only for a few seconds every now and then. She legit can't hold her eyes open. She was doing that before I started the selenium though so I don't think it's that, but I'm just kind of at a loss on what to do. I still have her inside because I don't want the others to knock her over. But she is basically sleeping 90% of the time.
I do have tylosin in the water currently (they all had outburst of pox and a few had bacterial infections from the sores. Should I not do the tylosin?

You are missing B vitamins in your treatment. Thiamine deficiency can cause wry neck. I have had the best results with using Poultry Cell + Vitamin E for wry neck treatment. Poultry cell has B vitamins including Thiamine and more selenium than an egg. Since it is liquid form you can dose individually orally or dose your whole flock in their waterer. Once she starts showing improvement I would still keep her on the Poultry Cell for 2 weeks (it also has 50iu vitamin e).
