One can use rendered chicken fat to make very good cakes. It can replace lard in lard cake recipes - old time recipes.

Best wishes! The housing market is so high now. People are paying over asking price and it is a seller's market.

We listed our place last August, and 2 days later we had five offers, all of them above our asking price. I've never had a house sell that fast as we hadn't even started looking seriously, we just had to move down in altitude as mom developed altitude sickness as one of the complications of her bypass surgery. While I do like the new place, I am having to build all the infrastructure from scratch.
