Cinnamon Queen Pullet or Cockerel?

6 week old Cinnamon Queen
It's bigger than the other one we have, has had a comb for awhile now (the other is just getting hers), chest bumps the other 3 chicks, flies and lands on the other chicks backs and has dive bombed my hand.
