City of Ashes RP ~~Players Needed~~

Autumn nodded and started toward the building that Silva and Leah had gone to, pausing for everybody else to catch up. She noticed Elisha in the back of the group, trying to get a conversation going with Jo.

"Jo? Does that stand for Joseph?" Jo nodded. "So, Jo... Hi." Elisha said, starting to grin. He glanced ahead at the others, who didn't seem to care about them. He continued to click his tongue as he walked.
"Why do you do that?" Jo questioned Elisha. He elaborated when Elisha looked at him blankly. "The," Jo tried to mimic Elisha's clicking.
"Oh, um..." Elisha said nervously, ruffling a hand through his hair. "Echolocation. Legally, I'm blind in my left eye." He looked around at the ruined buildings. "Looks like not much is legally anything anymore, though."

Leah and Alexis walked side by side to the building.

Garret looked to Charlie and picked up the bags, walking over to join the group.

"Um, clicking." Elisha said, not wanting to be rude. He thought it rude to talk about sounds to a deaf person, basically talking to somebody with a "deformity" about what they can't do.
Cable thought about his for a bit. "So is it like....." He paused, "Maybe a heart beat?" (can't hear it but can feel it. makes sense?) He wasn't at all offended, just curious.

Elisha thought about it for a second. "Kind of, yeah. I make it so I can navigate without, you know, running into a wall or something."

Jo didn't really participate in the conversation; it was kind of awkward to talk to somebody who looks almost exactly like him.
(Fixed your spelling error.)
"Oh." He said, for lack of anything better to say, he was concentrating on his heart beat again, wondering if that was what sound was like. He then double checked to see if anyone had said anything.

((JEEZ!!! She's such a conspiracy theorist, isn't she?! She listens in on Elisha's every word, but still hasn't noticed how alike Jo and Cable look. That's selective hating))
(No, she hasn't noticed. That fact isn't important to her. What is important to her is that Elisha knew to much and Jo is from the City, which they all agreed was bad, so yeah. Actually, it's quite possibly how I would react. XD)
