Garret paused and glanced down "Yeah, there's nothing here but the city, and it's half destroyed." He said and shook his head "Go ahead and get you some meat on that skewer if you want to eat." He said then continued his climb.
 
Except I was supposed to. They really didn't tell you about my purpose, did they? Elisha returned.

"Okay." Autumn said, looking satisfied with his answer. But she was actually thinking about how he knew they were "infested" without encountering any wolves. He didn't appear to have any weapons, and he didn't have any cuts on him besides minor scratches, which were probably caused by branches. "You look hungry," she noted, then handed him some meat to put on the stick.

Jasper grabbed some meat and put it on the skewer. "So, what's been going on here anyway?"

Autumn thought for a moment and responded. "We woke up like you, with no memory. We are still searching the city for something useful, maybe some reason as to why we're here. So far nothing. It's been about two weeks, I think."

Or you weren't actually supposed to do that. You were supposed to gain their trust, last time I checked.
