Silva reached the fork in the tree. Sure enough, There was sap in a natural hollow. Excellent!
She started dipping sticks into the sap and stuffing them in her belt. They wouldn't need too many...four? Five? That would be plenty to start a fire and give a torch to everyone.
Before she started to climb down she looked around. Their wasn't much of a view, but she could just make out the dusky sky through the spreading leaves. The height was exhilarating! Silva had not realized how much she loved heights until now. She didn't want to go down but she knew Cable was waiting for her so she started to descend...slowly because of all the sticks in her belt
