Silva turned to Autumn and slowly walked over with her load of firewood. She looked at her imploringly, making sure her back was to Cable. "I have no idea what is going on...it's like he's going crazy or something. One minute he was helping me and doing just fine, the next...he was like...in freak out mode! He seems to be back to normal but...it just was weird." She put down her wood and dusted off her jeans.
"Anyway...anything I can do to help you get dinner ready?" she asked in a louder tone and turning slightly so Cable could make out what she said this time.

"Well i was kind of wondering how we were going to start a fire..." Cable said trailing off. His head was getting dizzy again, it was weird, when Silva had attacked him, his head had been perfectly clear, except well you know, the cloud of terror.
(He doesn't remember he has a lighter in his pocket... Autumn saw him light the torches she could remind him!)
 
"I don't know, really. We really just need to start the fire and get it so it's hot, but low. Maybe you could make like a spit or something?" Autumn said. She turned to Cable. "Um, you have a lighter in your pocket."

Elisha had seen the entire spectacle with Cable from the tree that he was leaning against. What the h*** did you do that for?!? he thought angrily. As usual now, the voice didn't reply. He walked over to Autumn. "Mmmm, rabbit. It tastes kinda like chicken." he said jokingly. He took the dead rabbits from her. "I'll skin them."

Autumn handed him one of her knives and walked back into the woods. "I think I saw some burrows back that way. Be right back." she watched Elisha sit down and start to skin the rabbits as she walked away.
 
Cable shoved his hand in his pocket. "Oh.... so i do." He said frowning slightly. "I didn't remember."He started using the brush and small firewood that Silva had collected to build larger, low lying fire. He took the lighter out of his pocket and lit the brush that he had situated under the smaller branches. He sheltered the fire from the wind and when it began to get bigger, let the wind feed it oxygen.

Silva went after Elisha to help him skin the rabbits. Okay, she thought, time to try and be nice to the guy for once.
What she didn't tell herself was that she wanted to put as much between herself and Cable as possible. At least until he stopped acting crazy . The whole situation had freaked her out. It was unsettling.
She caught up with Elisha.
"Hey! Mind if I help?"

Elisha looked up in badly-hidden surprise. Surprise that somebody besides Autumn wanted to be near him, let alone help him. "Um, Sure." he said, still kind of confused. Where was this change of character in Silva coming from? "Wait a sec... there's only one knife... Do you have your own?" He looked up at her.
 
Silva hadn't thought of that. "Uh..." She dug around in her jacket pockets and pulled a small stiletto out of a hidden pocket. She grinned.
"Now we have two! Here..." She took a carcass from Elisha and started to skin and clean it.
 
Sky slipped into the shadows of the forest to look around for something else to add to their dinner. She tried to be as silent as possible, so she didn't draw any unwanted attention to her.

Charlie stepped out of the shadows and into the clearing close to where everyone was standing. "Whoa. Everyone is, like, gone... Did I miss something?" She looked around and counted three or four people gone.
