"Okay..." Cable said glancing around for something, anything, to do. He saw a tall tree nearby, remembering what Garret had done earlier, he walked over to it and grabbed the lowest branch that was well over his head. Taking a second to wonder if he could climb the tree and not end up just looking like an idiot. He breathed in a little deeper and swung himself into the tree with surprising ease. He couldn't see Silva, Elisha, Sky, or Alexis. (He doesn't know Isabella is there.) He decided to climb farther up, not looking down to see if anyone was saying anything.

Garret watched him a moment, then returned his attention to the forest around them
 
As a few of the wolves fell dead at her feet, pierced by arrows, Silva cheered. She charged out to meet Alexis and Sky, swinging her sword. The wolves backs were to her and Isabella now, she could charge with no difficulty.
She neared Sky, "Thanks for showing up for all the fun! What took you so long?" But she was grinning, relief flooding her being.

For once, Sky grinned, genuinely. "Didn't expect us to let you guys have all the fun, did you?" In lighting quick succession, three more wolves dropped dead to the ground, blood pooling around their carcasses. (I don't think I spelled that right.)

Silva laughed as she killed the last wolf with a backwards swipe of her katana. But then she remembered Elisha and weariness stared to overtake her again.

"Sky, Elisha drew off many of the wolves...he ran off in that direction a moment ago. I don't know how he could possibly dispatch than many by himself...and I'm...I'm just so tired...I amplified too much..." she stammered, slowly sitting down holding her head in her hand.

(i know. I fixed it immediately after I posted it.)

"I know. I can see him. But it looked like you guys could use more help. Alexis should stay here with you guys, just in case. I'll go help Elisha." She said, wiping the blood off her dagger and picked up the torch where it had dropped, and, surprisingly, it was still lit.
 
Silva nodded and waved her hand to where Isabella was standing there glowing. "That's Isabella. Isabella, meet Alexis and Sky. Alexis, is everyone else okay? Did the wolves attack at camp?"

"No, everyone else is fine, Garret kind of took over though" Alexs said, smiling to Isabella
 
Isabella, without hesitation, ran off after Elisha after the last of the remaining wolves were killed. She saw him quite a while ahead of her, still sprinting from the wolves. She wondered how he could still be running without sweating as much as a normal person would. One wolf looked back and turned around, prepared to attack. She jumped out of the way so that it ran past. She was prepared when it came for her again and plunged the knife deep into it. Blood was streaming as it gave a small whimper. She continued to run after Elisha and the wolves, but eventually slowed down, panting from the exertion. She had stopped glowing since Elisha had run off, but didn't have an idea why.

sky turned and looked at the new girl and nodded a greeting, smiling softly at her. "Nice to meet you." She turned back to silva. "You guys should head back to camp. The camp is back that way. I'll meet you guys there." She said as she pointed out the direction to go, then turned and sprinted off into the woods, where she could hear Elisha and the wolves, her daggers held easily in both hands.
