Beatrix frowned. "Why would an entire city's worth of people leave? What would drive them away? Or maybe they were killed…"
"Then why would they hide?" said Beatrix. "What happened here that would cause this?" She looked for something useful."What if they never left?" Elisha picked up a flashlight from the rubble and flipped the switch. Surprisingly, it still worked. He shined it along the wall and came across a memo board. He stepped over to it and examined the contents- Nothing useful.
"Exactly." muttered Beatrix, "And that's why we need answers…" Says who he didn't know? He knew your names. She opened some drawers. Nope."I dunno," Elisha scammed through a stack of papers. He moved on to ruffling through the drawers of a wooden desk.

Cable scanned the store occasionally stuffing a piece of clothing into his bag. He walked around another isle and found a small section with some blankets. He picked them up and returned to where Autumn and Jo were. "I found some blankets... i think they'll be useful too?" He asked Autumn flicking his eyes towards Jo to see if he'd say anything, then returning his gaze to Autumn, making sure he could see Jo in his peripheral vision.

Autumn nodded. "Yeah. Those'll probably keep the mosquitoes off of us too." She glanced around the store, noting the torn fabric from where they had cut it. "I wonder what's in the other stores..."
Jo looked around uncomfortably. The other guy kept looking at him oddly, and so did Autumn. "Anything I can do?"
