I think you can probably take this in at least two ways. Is my one thing about me or for others? I know for sure that I am tired of navel gazing - I've spent too many days obsessing over what makes me tick, happy, sad and not enough days jumping into activities that benefit others in whatever way. So if you can have a one thing that is not about sex, money, houses, and cars,,, what would it be?

I'd love to say my wonderful mate, my children and family, but my 'One Thing' I can do of service that fulfills me is being in the moment and truly listening to children. Trying to understand, how they're feeling, what they perceive, then I can guide them to learning...which gives them confidence and beginning skills to communicate and find their own 'One Thing'...
