THis guy is on CL as a "Rumpless Rooster"
What breed is "rumpless"?

I don't see the pics, so I can't help there, but I do agree with @JedJackson. I would say, that if it is an araucana mix, then you'd have an easter egger.

He looks like a marans mix. If he’s really rumpless (it’s possible he’s just molting or got his tail plucked out), then he probably has some araucana in there. Could be a second generation Olive egger (marans x araucana).

There are also Manx Rumpies and Rumpless Games. I would inquire a bit more about him, I'm not seeing any traits to make me think Araucana mix. I think either rooster who just happened to be rumpless (which occurs sometimes) or one of the other rumpless breeds
