help i tried to open a new classified and it says i have one open but i dont understand that

Enter your username in the "Search by Username" field.
Click the "Posts only" radio button
Under "Additional Search Options" click on "Buy~Sell~Trade" and hit submit.

I still can't place any more in the auction area. I have one ad up and it won't let me place more. i went through all my classifieds and none were open. Is this another glitch in the new system?
