Stonekit was still staring at her walk away.
“How did she know?! I told you that was a bad idea!” Squeaked Stonekit angrily. He backed away and ran into the clearing. He was so tired of no one listening to him. First Clearpool now Dawnkit.
Shimmerkit rolled her eyes, as Stonekit tumbled away.
“He’s so dramatic.” She huffed. “Let’s go see if Larkfeather will teach us how to swim early.”
They ran the other direction, giggling together.
Stonekit was near the prey pile, and looking around him giant cats were everywhere. Why were they so big and he so small? It made him feel unimportant. So one noticed a little kit. He found the apprentice den, but no one was in there. Stonekit decided to spy on the older cats. If they wouldn’t tell him anything, he would find out himself!
Stonekit creeped into the leaders den, where the leader was discussing with Featherwing.
“I don’t know.” He sighed. “Featherwing, I have been getting these dreams about cats with powers for moons now. I still don’t know why!”
Stonekit gasped, and ran to tell his litter mates.

It was just about sundown, and the deputy was just about to select cats for the dawn patrol, so Stonekit had to make this quick. He ran across camp and into the nursery, where his sibling were playing.
“Guys! I have something really important to tell you!” He cried.
“Like what, some one made you upset again?” Shimmerkit mocked, tired of his mood swings.
“No something important! Come under the fallen oak with me, so I can tell you.” The fallen oak was a nesting spot for sick cats, but it was currently empty. Dawnkit and Shimmerkit followed Stonekit into the log, and settled down.
“Was mad, so I decided to spy on the leader, because they don’t tell us anything.” Stonekit began.
“Without us?” Dawnkit cried. Shimmerkit shoved her, silently telling her to shut up, before Stonekit got mad and refused to tell them what he knew.
“Then I heard Clawstar talking… and he said he had been having visions for moons!”
“What do do you mean? About what?” Squeaked Dawnkit nervously.
“About cats having powers. About US.”
I am doing the next part tmrw! I promise, but my mind is sorta foggy rn and I want to say it right.

Up now! lol so does being a teen. Homeschooled and farmsteading, today was rough, lol.

I have to kinda be both: i have homeschool in the morning, then i work on Tuesday and Wednesday, then farm chores when I get home at 6, then help with supper, then reply to my friends that have texted me during the day, and on the days I don't work I have extra farm work like mucking out the dog's kennel, endless repair jobs, and working on whatever's gone haywire amongst our fleet of vehicles..... And I still manage to squeeze in time to be here. I don't know how i do it myself!

"Sunpaw! Sunpaw!" the cats cheered. Sunpaw, feeling singled out, tried as hard as she could to shrink into her pelt and become invisible. "But Fleetstar," Foxpelt of Shadowclan called, "Everheart has only been a warrior for 12 moons...."
"I know that, and she has proven herself to be a good, loyal, and true warrior," Fleetstar snapped, "and her past is no reason to criticize her. The great Firestar was once a kittypet, have you forgotten that?" Fleetstar continued: "We have no more to report. Cats of all clans, you may mingle and talk as you wish." The five leaders leaped out of the Great Oak and returned to their clans.

Fleetstar made a beeline for Sunpaw and Everheart. "Sunpaw, would you mind to talk to Dovepaw or some other cat for a bit? I'd like to speak to Everheart."
"S-sure, Fleetstar." A confused Sunpaw went to join her friends.
Everheart and Fleetstar headed to a quiet spot in the bushes to talk. "Everheart, I''ll get right to the point. You are a wonderful cat, and for several moons now I've considered this. I love you, Everheart. Would you please be my mate?"

Eveheart couldn't breathe. She felt like her heart might stop completely. She stared into his eyes, moonlight making them shine for what seemed like moons. Everheart finally forced herself to speak. "I-I love you so much Fleetstar. You are a strong leader and an incredible cat, and I would be honored to be your mate." Everheart whispered sweetly. She stepped towards Fleetstar and rubbed her head against his neck, breathing in his sweet scent. They smiled at eachother and walked side by side, tails entwined towards the rest of the clan making their way back to camp.

Sorry I took a while, I was taking a quick break from BYC and still need to catch up on the rest of the thread! :)

Definitely not dying, trust me 🤣 yesterday, i had a cow meeting for showmanship, straight after that i had art class, and after that i had petsitting/babysitting, so i got home at night and went right to bed.

I’ll be on soon, if i don’t reply to something feel free to tag me because i tend to be forgetful sometimes.
