Cleaning a dirty vent, help?

Her rear feathers still look a bit scraggly though. They are clean but appear still wet... They aren't fluffy looking best I can describe. I'm wondering if I should bathe her one more time? She was so miserable being wet. I hate to do it again if I don't need to but I'd like her to have her fluffy looking behind again... Even if I'm going to trim some of it down!
