Cleaning coop matting

Hey y'all! So I have a smaller coop for four with a removable tin loft plate and I've been using drawer matting to line it (I eventually wanna get a copper sheet to keep bacteria down). Just wondering what the best agent for cleaning these would be, salt and water, light detergent etc. don't wanna use anything that would irritate them. Thanks in advance

I use those in the incubator and throw them in the dishwasher after rinsing the poop off. It's a little hard on them, but it gets them disinfected.
