Cleaning Syringe for multiple chickens?

Wondering how to best disinfectant syringe while dosing multiple chickens? I will be worming with Valbazen.

I'd get an icecream pail or something like it and put equal parts of water and white vinegar in it, then once mixed, add a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. That'd disinfect and is safe.

Or, a bucket of hot soapy water, and another one of clear water for rinsing.

As long as your birds all live together, there's no need to clean the syringe between birds.
