Clearing land with animals.

in terms of land clearing, goats to remove the brush and scrub, then bring in pigs to root up the trees and fertilize/ plow it all for you.

ive seen pigs kill and fell full grown trees but they do better rooting up stumps. so its usually better to cut the trees down to a good handlable height then let the pigs do the rototilling.

Horses on small sandy soil will clear grass so well you won't have to worry about mowing

Except then you will have to treat for risk of sand colic. Unless the plot is small leading to them trampling it all down and not having much to choose from horses don't like to eat older or tougher plants and tend to only pick out the younger grasses and clover leaving large patches of weeds or older grass that need mowed. Mowing our pastures to keep the weeds down is a constant task. It was actually worse when we had more horses eating more of the grass down because they still didn't touch the weeds and the over grazed grass was having trouble competing with the weeds. If you have lots of tough weeds goats are probably the best choice.

So i talked to the fam, and were looking into getting some bottle lambs. UConn sells them, so tomorrow im going to call and try and get two. I want atleast one ewe and i don't care what the other one is.

I was being sarcastic with that..... note funny face.

( meaning horses can annihilate grass in small areas) Here in NE Florida everything turns to sand real easy.

don't get a ewe and a ram lamb unless you castrate the ram. They can breed REALLY young and it won't be good for the ewe lamb to get bred that early. They can breed at 3 to 4 months. You'd be much better off just getting two ewe lambs and adding a ram later when they are old enough.

Oh yeah, I meant I didn't care if the other one was a ewe or weather. They had no bottle lambs left, I contacted a Romney breeder and they have two ewes for sale, im getting more information.

Farmers still stock sheep or goats heavily on areas of land to eliminate certain plants.

And I've heard that hogs are great if you want the soil rooted up and churned up and fertilized too!

There was indeed a sequence I heard of. I'll see if I can find that information again, it did not include exotics like emu and alpaca.
