Clearly not a Lavender Americauna??

These were my blue and splash ameraucanas, respectively.

She actually looks too dark to be a splash to me with that dark head so she well could be a lavender. But I'm not an expert on that color so I would defer to more professional opinions.
Since lavender isn't an APA color they're not well established as a color and it looks like she's just got a leaky color to me with those dark spots.
 
Actually lavender, or properly called self blue, has been recognized as an official color this past March!😊 I think this bird is a splash they can have gray colored heads and a lot more gray. They start out white as chicks as I’m sure you know and can develop the gray coloring and splashes as they get older.
The self blue or lavender chicks are born white with just a silvery sheen to them.😊
Looking at your additional photos, she looks more blue to me as well!
