Clemson SC-Anderson Bantam Club Nov. 19

I hate that there are not more BYC people that will be at the show this Sat. I suppose us locals will have to try and change that in the future.

I live not 3 miles from the arena and pass by every day on my commute... I have no excuse. I'm glad I have LF!!!

What time are y'all planning on being there/where will you be..??? How do I find you?!

My mom and possibly my 10yr-old brother will be up for the day and I would love to bring them along. Gonna try and get my neighbor/friend to come too - my first flock is divided between them, so it's only fitting

I'm looking forward to actually meeting some BYC folks!!!

It would be great to meet you Meg. Most of us have LF, too but a few bantams and enough of the love for birds to go and see what all is going on.

I believe we will easily be there by 10 am. There are 4 of us coming together. One is tall and one is short and there are 2 of us kinda in between height. We all have dark hair, thought Kimberly's is a bit lighter and Jackie's is a bit darker, none wear glasses. I will have on a West Knoll Farm T-shirt but you may not can see it if I have to wear a jacket. I am chubby.
Two of us are "mature" and the other 2 are are young ladies.
Gee, that is clear as mud on how to find us!

Well, it was a lot of fun since us girls all got to chat. We met up with Mary, the Southern Bee Lady and LRoach, both from the SC list and they live close to the show.

It was mostly OEGB and Modern Games. There were a few Silkies put in by Shorty Polston, a few bantam Cochins by 2 different exhibitors and a few other breeds like Brahmas, Seramas and Cornish. Of course, there were others but being a bantam show there wasn't much.

Jackie bought some birds and was thrilled with them. A trio of d'Anvers in Mille Fleur and a LF pair of black Cochins.

I fell in love with a pair of fawn Duckwings in OEGB. The colors were soft and super appealing! I resisted and didn't ask the price or I might have broken down and bought them!

We had a load of fun and had a great lunch afterwards at The Smokin' Pig. That was the best the southeast has to offer in BarBQ!!!!

We missed seeing a lot more of our friends!
